Antoine Dupont celebrated in style after Toulouse won the Top 14 title following a 59-3 demolition of Bordeaux-Begles on Friday.
The 27-year-old was once again the star of the show as Toulouse added the domestic title to go with the Champions Cup crown they won in May.
It completed their third double, following on from the successes in 1996 and 2021, while it was their fourth French championship in five years.
One of the greats
Dupont has been absolutely key to that and against Bordeaux showed why he is already considered one of the greatest to ever play the game.
The scrum-half touched down twice on Friday and was at the heart of Toulouse’s performance as they utterly dominated UBB at the Stade Velodrome in Marseille.
They celebrated in what is now traditional style by sliding into the Bouclier de Brennus in the changing rooms after the win.
The players then joined the supporters a couple of days later on an open-top bus parade before they took to the stage where a huge crowd had gathered.
That was where Dupont, along with his team-mates, decided to crowd surf. In typical fashion, the France great looked incredibly relaxed as the fans moved him down the line.

It cannot be underestimated how big a star Dupont is in France, with only footballer Kylian Mbappe rivalling him in a sporting context.
The half-back is also making an impact culturally and appeared on stage via FaceTime during the set of French hip-hop duo Bigflo & Oli.
‘Revolutionising the sport’
Dupont’s boss at Toulouse, Ugo Mola, has run out of superlatives for the scrum-half, who is now setting his sights on the Olympics.
“What do you want me to tell you? We’ve called on him sporadically this season but, each time he’s been with us, he’s been the player he’s capable of being in big moments,” Mola said.
“His status is no longer to be defined. I took him off 10 minutes from the end, I hope I’ll get a nice text from Jérôme Daret and Christophe Reight to thank me for sparing him for the Olympics.
“I’m convinced that Antoine is one of the players capable of revolutionising his sport. In the few years he still has left, he can do it.”
