'Beautiful' home in fishing village hiding a very unique garden

Plenty of people dream of packing up and moving to the Cornish countryside, with the fishing village of Polperro, proving a popular choice, with its tidal beach, an annual festival celebrating the town.

Another benefit is the fact that only residents, or those conducting business in the area, are allowed to drive on the roads, so while there are certainly a lot of tourists visiting, their cars will parked way back up the hill, giving residents some sense of peace and quiet.

One property currently for sale in the village is a gorgeous three-bedroom house that comes with a rather unusual addition of a model village.

Polperro's model village has been entertaining visitors to the village since the 1950s, and having survived numerous fires and floods over the years, the model village is now for sale, along with the connected house.

The property, which is being sold through Carla Jones Estate Agents on Rightmove, was built on an old forge, and has since been transformed into a replica of Polperro itself, even including a little model village within the model village.

Alongside the model village, there is a model trainset, and another attraction called Land Of Legends, which teaches visitors about the folklore and history of Polperro, and, through the eyes of workers, pirates, and smugglers

The model village is currently on the market for £725,000 and comes with a stunning house, so you'll have somewhere to live while taking care of this unique attraction.

According to Rightmove the property is a "very well presented three-bedroom home with a lovely sun terrace where the new owners can take full advantage of what is on offer".

And photos show that while the property itself may be something of an oddity, the home is still rather beautiful.
