Abby Elliott Compares Anxiety Levels of 'The Bear' Season 3 With Previous Seasons | THR Video
How do you feel like the anxiety of the season compares to the previous two? Still just as anxious? Yeah, not more. Yeah, no, I think, you know, we're all in different places. Our characters are kind of moving forward. And and you know, for my character Natalie, she's pregnant. She's dealing with the anxiety of, of becoming a parent and and, you know, grappling with her familial trauma, her her mom we saw in in season 2 and. And yeah, so I think that you know her, her focus is. Really on the restaurant and she's kind of pushing this other part of her aside that that is kind of it's coming regardless of. What she does? And we know IO direction episode this season. What was that? Were you in that episode? What was that like having her dress? You know, I I it's a beautiful episode and no spoilers, I'm not in it, but yes, yeah, but you know why she she shadowed last season and having her on set like she was so. Helpful just in terms of, you know, ideas and, and creativity and, and so I'm, I'm just so thrilled for her and her episode is beautiful. And, and yeah. Are you going to hop behind the camera at some point? I heard Chris is very open to you guys kind of cycling through. I would love it. I also would love to write. I, I, you know, we improvise a lot. So, so the idea of writing and and directing sounds really appealing, appealing to me. What is it like for you guys shooting in Chicago now? I feel like you guys must be like The Beatles walking around the city. It's really great. I mean, they're so welcoming, especially the restaurant industry. You know, every, every restaurant there kind of kind of recognizes us when we come in. And, and that's, that's wild, especially with little kids who make messes. We all have such a respect for for what the restaurant industry does and and restaurant workers do. So you know, I'm on the floor picking up every last crumb now. Truly, truly.
