The company has fixed Friday, July 12, 2024 as the record date for the purpose of determining the eligibility of shareholders. "...the Record date has been fixed as Friday, 12th July 2024 for the purpose of ascertaining the entitlement of Members to the Final Dividend of Rs. 3.00 (Three Rupees only) per share (on the face value of Rs. 10/- each) on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2023-24, recommended by the Board of Directors of the Company, in their meeting held on 22nd May 2024," Petronet LNG said in the BSE exchange filing.
