Judo Bank Chief Economic Adviser Warren Hogan says the May inflation numbers are “not good news at all” because they are “pretty bad”.

Australia’s inflation rate rose from 3.6 per cent to 4 per cent in May.
Markets are now predicting a 67 per cent chance of a rate hike in August.
“The inflation numbers are pretty bad – it’s really unfortunate,” Mr Hogan told Sky News Australia.
“It’s not good news at all.”
