At last, the quadrennial tournament is on to the knockout stages with everything on the line in some wonderful single-game sets. It’s time to win or go home.

The final day of group stage games was filed with surprises. In Group F, Georgia secured its spot in the knockouts following a historic upset over Portugal and Turkey netted an extra-time winner to secure second place in the group. Meanwhile, in the early games of the day, Group E came down to inches as all four teams finished with four points.
