In 1954, Queen Elizabeth II and her daughter Princess Margaret attended a fashion show organized by the Society of London Fashion Designers at the Carlton House Terrace home of Viscountess Camrose. Lady Pamela Berry, then president of the society, hosted the royal pair at the event that preceded London Fashion Week.
