The leak reveals that the first-ever CMF by Nothing phone will be priced under Rs 20,000, something that was expected because CMF is the company's budget offering. Here are the details.

The CMF Phone 1 is tipped to launch in India at a discounted price of Rs 15,999 with bank cards. This will be for the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage. There will also be a second model with 8GB RAM + 128GB storage, which is said to cost Rs 17,999 after bank discounts, according to the tipster. The exact retail price details are still under wraps.

While the company is yet to confirm the specifications of the CMF Phone 1, the tipster is claiming to have obtained the key specs of the device. As per the cited source, the upcoming CMF by Nothing phone will come with a 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED and this will operate at a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the device will pack a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset. If this turns out to be true, then the device is likely to give very tough competition to the existing phones under Rs 20,000 as several devices come with less powerful Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC or Dimensity 7020 chip. Nothing might also offer a microSD card slot, which will let people expand the internal storage by up to 2TB.
