Franska FDJ har erbjudit sig att köpa Kindred. Arkivbild.

Svenska speloperatören Kindred kan komma att köpas upp av det franska spelbolaget FDJ.

Kindred skriver i ett pressmeddelande att FDJ har erbjudit sig “att förvärva hela det utestående aktiekapitalet i Kindred”, och att uppköpserbjudandet väntas offentliggöras på måndag morgon innan börsen öppnar.

Bolaget skriver vidare att uttalandet görs med anledning av “artiklar i pressen” om uppköpserbjudandet.

Kindred öppnade i april i fjol för ett samgående eller en försäljning.
