In the Instagram video, the legendary dancer expresses her joy and enthusiasm for Pilates, guided by trainer Yasmin Karachiwala. “I feel so energetic, so alive, so happy, and look forward to this every day. It gives me a high. I don’t have to drink or smoke to get a high; I get high from pilates. I love coming here. I thank all the instructors and my special instructor, Bimal. I am 85 and I am doing it,” Helen is heard saying as she showcased her indomitable spirit.
