The film has now surpassed the 75-crore mark, grossing approximately Rs 77 crore worldwide in just 10 days.
'Maharaja' has also reached a significant milestone by surpassing the 50-crore mark in Tamil Nadu, with the box office collection estimated to be around Rs 52 crore in the state. The Telugu version of the film is also performing strongly. 'Maharaja' is expected to be Vijay Sethupathi's first film to gross 100 crore, and it is likely to maintain its screen presence into the third week, as there are no major releases in Tamil cinema at that time.
In 'Maharaja', Vijay Sethupathi plays a fierce role, showcasing his versatile acting skills under the direction of Nithilan Saminathan.
