Sky is giving away free Netflix with TV bundle that's £96 off in flash sale

Sky is giving away free Netflix to shoppers who upgrade their TV with a new streaming bundle. Netflix is included at no extra cost in the provider’s Sky Stream plan, which is currently £96 off in a flash sale.

The bundle is currently reduced to £22 a month from £26, saving £96 over the 24-month term. It comes with a new Sky Stream box, which lets members stream live and on-demand content to the TV without a satellite dish or aerial.

Sky Stream includes the same premium channels as traditional Sky, including Sky Atlantic, Sky Documentaries, Comedy Central and National Geographic, as well as giving easy access to Netflix absolutely free. This means those who sign up for the Sky Stream promotion can catch the all-new second season of HBO’s House of the Dragon, blockbuster box sets like the entire Game of Thrones and The Walking Dead, plus Netflix greats like Baby Reindeer and Bridgerton.

Cinephiles can upgrade the package with Sky Cinema for £10 more, or add Sky’s Ultrafast 145Mb/s fibre broadband for £17. Sky Stream also gives easy access to thousands of films and shows on streaming apps like Disney+, Amazon’s Prime Video and Apple TV+, which Sky members can get free for three months with Sky VIP.

What’s more, its box offers a plug in and play setup, meaning there’s no engineer visit needed to get it up and running. The service also regularly receives a raft of free updates, including the ability to fast forward and rewind with voice control and lower latency on Sky Sports Main Event.

To celebrate the return of House of the Dragon, Sky has now added a raft of voice commands inspired by season two to Sky Stream users. Fans of the series can easily get to the House of the Dragon Show Page by saying “Hello Sky” followed by phrases like Westeros, Targaryen, Team Green and Team Black.

Alternatively, Disney+ offers a range of new and upcoming shows, including The Bear and Star Wars thriller, The Acolyte. The streamer will give members the equivalent of two months free if paying for a year up front on the Standard or Premium plans, while those that prefer to pay monthly can now join the 'with Ads' plan for £4.99.
