"We've earned the right to be favourites" - Harry Kane

And the match t -, 1 press conference with England coach Gareth Southgate and captain Hurricane. Yeah, it would mean a lot. You know, I love playing for my country. I love playing for England. Yeah, it means the world to me every time I step out onto the pitch wearing the shirt. So I think to win a major tournament with England would be, you know, one of the pinnacles of of anyone's career. So yeah, that's the aim. You know, for me personally, obviously the trophies haven't haven't quite happened yet, but, you know, it just makes me more determined and more hungry to to go out there and do that. And that starts with, you know, this summer we have a a good opportunity. We have a lot of hard work in front of us. But yeah, that opportunity is there and and you know, I'm looking forward to to trying to make it happen. Harry, I'm in Russia ahead of the World Cup. You announced that you were going for the Golden Boot. No, I think, you know, every tournament poses different expectations. I think, you know, we've earned the right to be, I guess, classed as one of the favourites. But we look at ourselves in, you know, in, in individually and as a team and going into this tournament. We know, you know, in, in past tournaments, we've done a lot of things well and we've made, you know, the country proud and we've had good tournaments. But ultimately we're we're here to win it. And there'll be nothing better for for us and the nation itself if we if we do that very tough. They have good individual players, fantastic collective spirit, dangerous forwards. So we know that this is a really difficult opening game for us and we've got to be we've got to play at our very best to to win the game. Everyone's available. We have a decision whether we whether we, whether Luke is possible to use from the bench or not. But everybody is trained today and yeah, and, and is available. I expect everybody to enjoy the football. It's I've been fortunate to be involved in a lot of tournaments and travelled to other tournaments that I wasn't directly involved in. The great carnivals of football. Opportunity to see another part of the world, meet people from other parts of the world, have a brilliant time. So yeah, everybody I'm sure is coming to to do exactly that. It's the whole of Europe can come together and celebrate together the brilliant game that we're involved in and support their team and get behind their team. But of course meet, meet other people and have a fantastic months together. None. None. None Netherland. That's not sputenily missing monish. Definitely no favouriti favouriti Suzo Swayne Tornira Taco da Altone Moronishta de Znachi. Missing football YEYEY, Dante, Dante Spa villechemo coche coche de Pobetti. No, I don't think so. I think we have beautiful years in England, both of us. I played there four years, he played there I think even more like 767 years or something like that. We have great experience and what is most important we leave some legacy and I think we help a lot our past teams and they enjoy in our games and this is the crucial but to have extra motivation. Probably we will have extra motivation, because England is big team and always you want to prove yourself definitely and but this is every game. You know, you want to do best for your country and we are so proud to wear this amazing shirt. I virakoteschko VE the the nechi grachi projekti maxima needs to be Rustani's Poporida and Saeed Rugachi stratias esta neomotic problem announced that she danished the training protest. You know, with the chemo sutra stator TOEOOO full sasto very cherastica. Who is it tomotirously, the Vlad yadna yadna atmosphere or na kakutreba de crasi yadan team? This game has been deemed high risk because of the fans of both sides. I just want your opinion on that. Is that fair? And do you have any messages for your own fans or England fans as well? I'm sure. I'm sure tomorrow's game will be opportunity for everybody, for the Serbian fans and the English fans to enjoy watching the game. So I don't see any kind of risk regarding this relations. So I don't know. So the football is really something special for people, you know, to enjoy and somewhere and I'm sure that both, both sides will be very, very happy to be tomorrow on the stadium. Thank you coach, Thank you captain. Thank you, ladies and gentlemen.
