Russian forces intensified its efforts in Kramatorsk direction

As of the evening of June 19, there have been 122 military clashes on the Ukrainian front since the beginning of the day. In particular, the Russian forces have intensified their efforts in the Kramatorsk direction and continue to maintain high activity in the Pokrovsk direction, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Information on the operational situation on the front is current as of 22:00 on June 19.

Russian attacks

Over the day, the enemy carried out three missile and 38 aerial strikes on Ukrainian territory, using 55 KABs. Additionally, the occupiers deployed 533 kamikaze drones.

At the same time, the Russian army conducted over 2,900 shelling attacks on the positions of Ukrainian forces and civilian settlements using small arms, artillery, mortars, and armored vehicles.

Frontline situation

"During the day, the aviation, missile forces, and artillery of the Defense Forces struck 13 personnel concentration areas and three enemy command points," the General Staff reported.

In the Kharkiv direction, the Russian army, supported by aviation, unsuccessfully attacked six times in the areas of Lyptsi and Vovchansk. According to preliminary information, enemy losses since the beginning of the day amounted to 96 soldiers killed and wounded, with one tank, three artillery systems, and 11 vehicles destroyed. Eighteen personnel shelters, two ammunition storage sites, and a fuel and lubricants depot were also hit.

In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy made 11 attempts to dislodge Ukrainian units from their positions near the settlements of Synkivka, Stepova Novoselivka, Pishchane, and Kruhliakivka. Eight enemy attacks were repelled successfully, and three battles are ongoing near Stepova Novoselivka.

In the Lyman direction, Russian forces attempted to advance 15 times in the areas of Hrekivka, Nevske, Terni, and Serebrianske Forestry.

"The defenders of Ukraine successfully repelled 14 enemy attacks. One battle is still ongoing near the settlement of Terni. The situation is under control, and no position losses have been allowed," the military stated.

In the Siversk direction, the situation has not undergone significant changes. Since the beginning of the day, the Russian forces have carried out nine assault actions in the areas of Verkhniokamianske, Rozdolivka, and the Chasiv Yar - Novyi microdistrict. Six attacks by the enemy ended unsuccessfully, and three battles are still ongoing. The situation is under control of the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The Russian army has significantly intensified its efforts in the Kramatorsk direction. With the support of aviation, Russian forces have stormed the positions of Ukrainian defenders 17 times from the direction of Bakhmut. Fights have taken place near Bohdanivka, Kalynivka, Ivanivske, Klishchiivka, and Andriivka. The situation is tense. The defense forces have repelled 12 enemy attacks, and five battles are ongoing. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine added that Ukrainian soldiers are making maximum efforts to contain the enemy in the specified direction.

In the Toretsk direction, the Russian army made six attempts to breach the defensive lines of Ukrainian defenders east of Pivnichne. The defense forces repelled four enemy attacks, and two battles are ongoing.

In the Pokrovsk direction, Russian forces maintain high activity. The number of clashes has increased to 43.

"With the support of all available means of fire impact (aviation, artillery, armament of combat vehicles, strike UAVs, FPV drones, and small arms), the Russian forces continue to exert pressure on the combat formations of Ukrainian defenders near Oleksandrivka, Novooleksandrivka, Kalynove, Yevhenivka, Sokil, Novoselivka Persha, and Karlivka," the General Staff reported.

Ukrainian soldiers repelled 31 enemy attacks. Twelve battles are still ongoing. The defense forces are making every effort to exhaust and contain the enemy in the specified direction.

Preliminary losses of the Russian army amounted to over 207 soldiers killed and wounded. One combat armored vehicle and one car were destroyed. Losses are being clarified.

In the Kurakhove direction, the situation has not undergone significant changes. There have been 10 clashes since the beginning of the day. The situation remains tense in the area of Krasnohorivka, where the enemy maintains significant activity. Ukrainian military units are taking measures to strengthen the defense.

In the Vremivka and Orikhiv directions, the situation has not undergone significant changes.

In the Prydniprovsk direction, five enemy assault actions were unsuccessful. There have been no losses of positions.

In other directions, the situation remains unchanged.

According to satellite images, despite Finland's entry into NATO, Russia has moved almost all of its troops from the Finnish border to the war in Ukraine.

Earlier, it was reported that the Estonian government is ready to discuss sending its troops to Ukraine. For the country, this is not a red line.
