Liverpool 2024/25 Premier League fixtures in full as Arne Slot gets Jurgen Klopp nightmare
Arne Slot's competitive Liverpool career will begin with Jurgen Klopp's least favourite kick-off time, but the new Reds boss is likely to be fairly happy with the cards he's been dealt from the off.
The Reds will go to newly-promoted Ipswich Town to begin their 2024/25 season with a 12.30pm kick-off at Portman Road, with Slot's first Anfield Premier League game coming a week later with the visit of Brentford.
A trip to face Manchester United at Old Trafford, and Slot's fellow countryman Erik ten Hag, then looms large in just the third week of the season, but Slot is sure to be pretty happy with Liverpool's schedule around the first two international breaks.
Things do then get tougher for Slot and Liverpool with matches against Chelsea and Arsenal in October, while the Reds face a huge week as they take on Manchester City at home before trips to Newcastle and Everton at the start of December.
Manchester United come to Anfield in the New Year, with City scheduled to visit in late February and the Anfield Merseyside derby played on the first weekend of April.
Liverpool go to Manchester United in the third week of the season
Then comes a potentially pivotal run-in for Slot and Liverpool if they are in the title race, with back-to-back matches against Tottenham, Chelsea and Arsenal before the Reds finish off the season with a trip to Brighton and a home game against Crystal Palace.
Liverpool will have negotiate all these games as well as the new revamped Champions League schedule, which will feature six group stage matches before the turn of the year and two in January.
