Bin your foundation - Charlotte Tilbury has launched the ultimate no-makeup makeup
For the fan of a natural look with a super easy application, Charlotte Tilbury's latest foundation innovation is going to be right up your street. Hot on the heels of her new fragrance collection, Charlotte is back with a new makeup buy.
Stick foundations don't have the best rep, but Charlotte has created something quite different - a sheer to medium foundation with lifting and blurring effects with one extra element that no other compact makeup like this has - an unreal glow that looks like perfect skin.

It's so unreal and like carrying around a ring light on your face that its name is Unreal too. We got a chance to see the Unreal Skin Sheer Glow Tint Hydrating Foundation Stick in action before anyone else via a Zoom meeting with Charlotte and we think you're going to love it.

A Zoom with Charlotte Tilbury is always fun as she regularly talks about her famous friends. George Clooney and Adam Driver are obsessed with Magic Cream apparently, and Salma Hayek wants to have the new Unreal Skin foundation everywhere in her life, her bag, her car, literally everywhere.
So, what is different about this new foundation from Charlotte Tilbury, will it change your everyday makeup routine? If you love a look that's super-natural and so fresh that you look like you have just had a spa break, then the answer is probably yes.

The New Unreal Skin Sheer Glow Tint Hydrating Foundation Stick
Charlotte explained to the 100s of Irish and UK press how different the formula of Unreal Skin is compared to other foundations. For starters, it's a creamy stick foundation that glides onto the skin and can be brushed or buffed into the skin with your fingers. It doesn't get any faster than that, but the finish of the makeup is quite something else.
There are 20 stretchable shades in the line-up so people might find they fall between one or two shades depending on how tan their skin is at the time. My own Beautiful Skin Foundation from Charlotte Tilbury is a four so the four in Unreal Skin is a pretty good match.

Unreal Skin has an innovative technology called Light Mapping Mesh Tech. This is a combination of three molecular sizes of Hyaluronic Acid to deeply hydrate the skin all day, plus soft-focus blurring emollients and nourishing oils, and micro-fine pearlescent particles to create that 'ring light' effect.
In the Zoom, Charlotte's niece Sofia and Kelechi, the Global Head of Artistry at the brand demoed the new Unreal Skin, swiping a few strokes on one side of their faces. To say the ring light effect is real is an understatement, it's unreal. Charlotte's new foundation goes on sale on 17 June on Charlotte's beauty app. If you can wait until the 20 June it will be available at Brown Thomas and on the Charlotte Tilbury website, €47.
