Biggest IPOs in Indian History: Automaker Company Hyundai Motor India is gearing up to bring the largest initial public offering (IPO) valued at Rs 25,000 crore ($3 billion) in India's history. For that purpose, automaker company has filed a draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). While Hyundai Motor corporation is aiming to sell 17.5% of equity share capital, Parent Hyundai Motor co will sell up to 14.2 equity shares in the IPO.
