The brokerage firm says the fiscal year 2025 has started well but foresees a volatile path ahead. It adds that macroeconomic factors will remain central as Nifty reached an all-time high in June.
The brokerage firm states that the Indian economy continues to be a star performer compared to other emerging markets. "We firmly believe that it is likely to continue its growth momentum in 2024 and remain a land of stability against the backdrop of a volatile global economy. Consistently strong corporate earnings have meant that Indian corporates are on a stronger footing than ever. Furthermore, corporates in need of capital have managed to raise capital, deleverage their balance sheets, and manage their capital structure better over the last three years," the report adds.
The brokerage firm says it continues to believe in the long-term growth story of the Indian equity market.
