Dela Rosa admits rights abuses in 'drug war': Probe each case separately | INQToday

De La Rosa, who served as a Philippine National Police chief during the Duterte administration, admits that the brutal drug war campaign they initiated was marred with human rights violations. During the Kapihansen Senado Forum on Thursday, June 27th, De La Rosa says that while there were cases of human rights violations, investigations of such violations should be done individually. Human rights by elision during the war on Drugs. Individually. Likewise argues that even if rights abuses were present during the conduct of the anti drug drive, the hands of then President Rodrigo Duterte are clean. He denies allegations that Duterte ordered to impose brutality on suspects. Duterte and De La Rosa are among individuals accused of crimes against humanity before the International Criminal Court. I. Police, at least, of course, the police.
