Where will Fred Omondi get buried?

The family of the late comedian has laid him to rest in Siaya county, and a video of his final resting place has emerged.

One of Fred's friends, 2mbili, shared the video via his YouTube account. The video showcased the white tiles that were placed in his grave.

The 6ft grave was fully tiled, and masons were still working on the gravesite as the content creator filmed.

TUKO.co.ke reached out to 2mbili, who said that he was still hurting from the death of his friend.

How did Fred Omondi die?

The comedian was involved in a Saturday, June 15 dawn accident. Fred died on the spot after the boda boda he was on collided with a PSV on Kangundo Road.

According to the police, the rider was on the wrong side of the road when the collision happened near the Caltex Petrol Station.

The rider survived the crash with severe multiple injuries on his legs and fractures on both hands. He was admitted to the Mama Lucy Hospital for treatment.

In other news, footage from the funeral showed the moment Raila brought things to a standstill by arriving to pay his final respects in a helicopter.

Raila removed his cap while viewing Fred’s body, before waving his hand in the air in his signature style.

When he took to the dais, the politician broke into a song as the mourners joined him.
