Boots flash sale sees price of Kiehl's £50 retinol serum drop to £16.50 in deal stack

Beauty fans looking to incorporate some retinol into their skincare routine might want to take a look at a new offer from Boots. The health and beauty retailer has launched a flash sale on premium beauty, which has knocked the cost of one of their anti-ageing formulas to better-than-half-price.

It comes as the high-street favourite is offering up to 20 per cent off selected premium beauty, but since they’ve not confirmed an end date for the deal, we suggest moving quickly just in case. As part of the offer, the Kiehl's Mighty Midnight Renewal Set has been reduced from £92 to £82.80, saving almost £10 on the cost of the box.

Inside, shoppers will find five Kiehl’s formulas perfect for their evening beauty routine, including a full-sized Retinol Skin Renewing Daily Microdose Serum 30ml, which is usually £50 alone. But since there are a further four products also in the box, you could say it makes the serum £16.56.

The potent serum is said to be formulated for all skin types - including sensitive - and contains a ‘daily-strength micro-dose’ of pure retinol, which means it can be used every day from day one, even for first time users. This differs from traditional retinoids, where you typically have to build up a tolerance, but does take the guesswork out of your skincare routine.

The product works to visibly reduce the appearance of wrinkles, while smoothing texture and firming the skin. It also works to strengthen the skin’s barrier using peptides and ceramides for optimal anti-aging benefits, reducing the risk of discomforting side effects including redness, peeling and dryness.
