Well, we just received breaking news. According to sources, the Congress and the Indi bloc are planning to reach out to the BJD and other like minded parties for issue based support. Very interesting. You know, the BJP and the BJT have had very cordial relations in the past, but everything changed in these elections with the BJD and the BJP in a very, very hotly contest in the state of Odisha with the BJD then finally losing power to the BJP. But interesting development coming in. Pallavi joins us now for the latest. Pallavi, over to you, Phyllis in with more details. The Congress reaching out to an old friend of the BJP, the BJD. Yeah, Anika, you've always noticed that whenever it came to issues on legislation, the BJD as well as the YSRCP have always been on the side of the BJP, which is why they've always called the B team of the BJP by the Congress and other India bloc. But now in troubled times that both YSRCP is pitched opposite Chandrababu Naidu, who is an ally of the Congress, the BJD has been unseated by the BJP in Orissa. The two of them have actually become the opponent of the opponent of the India bloc. So enemies, enemy becomes one friend. We use that logic now. And because that's the logic which is being applied with the India bloc, especially the Congress, they are saying that they're going to take up many key bills. We are going to take up many big key bills which will be taken up. We want to take that as an issue. Certain important issues will be raised by us and we we would demand a vote or we demand a discussion. And on that those issues we would expect the BJD and the YSRCP to be with us. And that is when that reaching out is going to happen to the two of them. Very interesting. In fact, in these elections, Pallavi, one had noticed also that it was not a really a friendly tussle between the BJP and the BJD. The knives were clearly out. Is that why the Congress is, you know, just making most of the opportunity and reaching out to Naveen Patnaik? Yes. You know, its a question of numbers. I think the India block is flexing its numbers also on in both Lok Sabha whereas Rajya Sabha and therefore whenever push comes to shove when it comes to taking on the BJP, the Congress and the India bloc would want to take advantage of the fact that the BJD and BJP are no longer friends. Similarly, why SRCP cannot afford to be soft for the BJP anymore because his there are rifles, TDP is now with the BJP. This is a situation which the India bloc certainly wants to take advantage of.
