Inside Glastonbury's poshest campsite with chic interiors, a concierge, spa and pool

Glastonbury 2024 is set to be a scorcher, which means revellers are about to embark on some hot, sticky nights in a tent.

There’s also the lack of showers and interesting toilet situation to add into the mix.

But not everyone will be slumming it down at Worthy Farm.

Forget quibbling over whether to get a two-men tent or splurge on something bigger, you could go for a ‘tent’ that comes with its own pool.

The Pop-Up Hotel offers luxury glamping experiences across the UK – and when we say ‘luxury’, we mean it.

The Tipi Tenthouse Suite at Glastonbury is sure to be the festival’s poshest tent, where guests can lounge in one of five bedrooms, enjoy an en-suite shower and even have access to a concierge.

But the VIP treatment doesn’t come cheap. Staying here will set you back a cool £27,999.

The luxury accommodation also boasts a flushing toilet (not a long drop in sight), a fancy carpeted floor to comfort those poor toes post-dancing and deckchairs for lounging when you need to take the weight off.

The suite is priced for six people but guests can add on an extra two festival-goers for a fee – which means you’d actually only be paying around £3,500 per person. Bargain.

Coined as a place which will ‘allow you to share your experience with those closest to you whilst giving you your own space too’, the rooms even come with mood lighting and car park passes so you can truly sit back, relax and indulge.

There’s also delicious food to be have (burgers and hot dogs are so last festival season), as there’s an a la carte restaurant and premium bars.

And, for the piece de resistance: there’s a swimming pool.

Yep, you read that right – a refreshing dip could be all festival-goers need to wash off that hangover, and start all over again.

Guests can also head to the Wellness Spa for a relaxing hot tub or sauna session, as well as any key touch ups or nail medic appointments at the beauty salon.

No more struggling to find your way back to your ‘tent’, either, as there’s even 24-hour private security on-hand, too.

If your budget doesn’t quite stretch to £28k, The Pop-Up Hotel does have some slightly cheaper options. Guests can chose between bell tents, yurts and wagons too.

The cheapest option is the ‘classic room’ – a bell tent furnished with mattress, bedding and lighting, which costs £2,999 for four people.

Suddenly, camping sounds like a great idea.
