Director Shankar shares details upon the release of the Ram Charan starrer 'Game Changer'

Mega Power Star Ram Charan is all set to captivate audiences with his upcoming pan-India film, 'Game Changer,' directed by the renowned Shankar. This political drama thriller, featuring Kiara Advani as the female lead, has fans eagerly awaiting its release date. Shankar, currently occupied with the promotions of 'Indian 2,' which is set to release next month, has provided some exciting updates about 'Game Changer.'

In a recent interview report by 123Telugu, Shankar revealed that 'Game Changer' is nearing completion, with only ten days of shooting left. He plans to wrap up the production after the release of 'Indian 2,' focusing on post-production work before finalizing the film. Shankar assured fans that the movie would hit screens as soon as all the work was completed.

Early media reports suggested that the film would go on the floor in October. It is expected to be the last leg of the month.

In 'Game Changer,' Ram Charan portrays an IAS officer determined to fight against the corrupt system and bring justice. This role marks a significant departure from his previous characters, as it is the first time he will be seen playing an IAS officer in a politically charged story. Fans, who last saw him on the big screen in the blockbuster 'RRR,' are eagerly waiting to witness his powerful performance in this new avatar.

Interestingly, Kiara Advani, who will be his love interest, will also be playing a fellow IAS officer. Moreover, Ram Charan will be taking on a double role, portraying both a father and son.

The movie includes a supporting cast with SJ Surya, Srikanth, Anjali, Jayaram, Naveen Chandra, and Samuthirakani, all playing vital roles. SS Thaman is composing the music.
