Police looking for arsonist after another fire lit at Mandurah Forum following Kmart blaze
Mandurah detectives have released CCTV images of a man wanted for questioning over a fire at the Mandurah Forum shopping centre on May 13.
The CCTV images are of a young man with a mullet dressed all in black.
According to police, the fire was lit inside the Pinjarra Road building sometime between 9pm and 10pm.
The blaze damaged some “building-related equipment”.

This is the second fire lit at the centre in recent months.
On March 22, fire crews were called to the fire in the Kmart storeroom about 1am.
The fire extinguished quickly, but not before causing about $100,000 in damage.
The Kmart was closed for weeks due to the damage and staff had to be deployed to other stores.
WA Police later released CCTV footage of a person entering the storeroom after forcing entry through a back door, setting fire to items on a set of shelves and walking away.
The fire badly damaged the storeroom but the store’s roof sprinkler system controlled the blaze.
Police offer rewards of up to $25,000 for information that leads to the identification and conviction of an arsonist.
