Cotter's daughter 'still proud' of Daddy
Yeah, just a little bit of work and I can tell you that most of them have actually left the hotel bright and early this morning. They were out of here. There are still some left in the hotel, including the Brisbane Broncos that are flying direct to Auckland. But look, not surprisingly, the players didn't really want to talk to us this morning, weren't too happy to see us, including the skipper, Dale Cherry Evans. I mean, he's usually up for a chat, but he did have his young daughter with him. He headed straight to the airport. But we did manage to get just a little something out of Ruben Cotter. Yeah, obviously disappointed, but, you know, we'll have a good look at it, I'm sure. And have a look what, what what went wrong. And then, yeah, get on with it. You regroup for the can you regroup for the decider? Yeah, for sure. Yeah. We haven't lost confidence. Yeah, we got to be better. And that's what we're all holding onto the decider because the stats are great for Queensland when it comes to a deciding State of Origin series in Brisbane. NSW hasn't won that since 2005. In fact they've been terrible at it when you go way back to 1983. So we're holding on to the decider. And look, it was still a great, great spectacle out at the MCG, 90,000 there, the majority were Queenslanders because let's face it, Victorians just can't bring themselves to go for the Blues. Yeah, well, we took the loss too for the betterment of State of Origin football and rugby league for the third side. We're selfless as Queenslanders, Sarah.
