Samsung Electronics needs to be part of Nvidia's supply chain for Korea market to rally: Portfolio manager
I've got to SK Hynake, said the HBM supplier to NVIDIA. Definitely tracking and videos rebound to overnight. What do you make of South Korea's underperformance versus a Taiwan so far, the SEER, despite having all these AI adjacent sectors, as well as SK Hynix? And do you see the same dynamic continue in the second-half? I think this is going to embroid technical point of view because you know Samsung Electronics actually account for more than 50% of the Korean index and unfortunately as of this point Samsung is yet to be in in the supply chain of HBM to NVIDIA. Of course, if you look at the share price performance of SK high next year, today is actually went up by more 40 by more than 40% in local currency. So I guess you know. As long as Samsung Electronics could be into the supply trade, that will be a boost to the entire sentiment of the Korean market. You know, Jason Huang, the CEO of NVIDIA, he also mentioned that stem cell need to tackle some, you know, engineering issue before they could support the HBN, you know, during the computer task in Taiwan early this month. So I think the message is that, you know, Samson is still in the game, it's just a matter of time. So I guess, I guess, you know. You know when the times come, you know Korea market should be a good catch up play.
