Reliance Industries-backed smallcap stock Balaji Telefilms share price hit the fresh 52-week high of Rs 136 a share on the National Stock Exchange (NSE), climbing 4.98 per cent from its previous close of Rs 129.45 apiece. The counter’s performance was in line with the sector. The scrip has been gaining for the last two days and has risen 8.29 per cent returns in the period. It is trading higher than 5 day, 100 day and 200 day moving averages. The TV broadcasting and software section has witnessed action in Tuesday’s trading session which gained nearly 3.46 per cent.
A total of 76, 000 shares changed hands today of the company on BSE generating a total turnover of Rs 1.01 crore. The company has a market cap of Rs 1,374.06 crore, as per BSE website. The shares of the company have a PE of 18.75x. In volume terms, over 10 lakh shares of the company were traded on the NSE.
The counter has delivered 90.49 per cent returns in the last three months, as per data available on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) Analytics. It moved north of 108.98 per cent in the last 180 days. The script climbed 202.19 per cent in the last one year. In the last three years, it gave a whopping of 123.22 per cent returns.
