‘Yodha’ teaser: Sidharth Malhotra promises slick action in daring plane rescue

The ‘Yodha’ teaser featuring Sidharth Malhotra is finally out. The action-thriller directed by Sagar Ambre and Pushkar Ojha, will release in theatres on March 15. Other than Malhotra, the film also features Raashii Khanna and Disha Patani in key roles.

After ‘Indian Police Force’, Sidharth is back into action mode in the teaser of ‘Yodha.’ In the teaser, the actor is seen as a commando who is on a thrilling operation while safeguarding the lives of hostages stuck in a plane hijack. While Disha is seen playing the role of a cabin crew, Raashii plays the role of an official. Sidharth is seen in a never-seen-before action avatar and his action mode and impression fight sequences will certainly leave you wanting for more.

Earlier, Karan Johar spoke about the upcoming actioner and said, “A special film like ‘Yodha’ deserves a historic moment, one that makes waves through time. It’s an out-and-out actioner. With ‘Yodha’, he has gone full throttle as the action hero of the new India.”

‘Yodha’ will be the first part of an action franchise headlined by Sidharth Malhotra. It is jointly produced by Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, and Shashank Khaitan. ‘Yodha’ is the first co-production between Prime Video and Dharma Productions.
