Fans of Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal have now reacted to a viral video on the internet where Shah Rukh Khan can be seen taking on the central role from the blockbuster movie. It so happened that someone used Aritificial Intelligence (AI) to reimagine SRK in Ranbir Kapoor’s shoes (quite literally) and fans of both the mega stars cannot contain their excitement.

Recently, an Instagram account shared the video of Shah Rukh Khan as Vijay from Animal, which was originally played by Ranbir Kapoor, which was made through AI. The video is a compilation of the most popular scenes from Animal with SRK’s face on it.

Commenting on the video, a user wrote, “That college scene part is best, looks like actual SRK in the frame with his Intense look,” while another added, “Straight up impressive.” A third fan went on to say, “Oh what creativity man, shahrukh and vanga reddy should see this and definitely think for this,” and another social media user said, “After watching this reel, let’s just wait for SRK + SRV collab…”

Other positive comments about the video include “Ek dum perfect,” and “It actually looks stunning.”

In our review of Animal, our film critic wrote, “In the first half, the story structure jumps around a bit in time periods, become confusing. But the second half is where the drama is. The background score by Harshwardhan Rameshwar is also complementary as it boosts up the action as the characters gear up to fight to the death. The songs by the various composers including JAM8, Vishal Mishra, Jaani, Manan Bhardwaj and Shreyas Puranik fit the various arcs of the screenplay. Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal can be called a lot many things, but it is not boring. The onscreen brutality gets a bit much as it gets utilized more to shock than for any narrative structure. The director’s tale of complicated family relationships and revenge is only just beginning as its ending seems to suggest.”
