persistent systems q3 results: company announces dividend and stock split – check amount and other details
On Saturday, Persistent Systems announced its financial results for the October to December period. The company reported a robust performance, with consolidated profits surging by 20.3% year-on-year and 9% sequentially, reaching Rs 286 crore. Furthermore, revenue from operations witnessed substantial growth, marking an increase of over 15% compared to the previous year and approximately 4% sequentially, reaching Rs 2,498 crore.
Persistent Systems Dividend AnnouncementAdditionally, the company declared an interim dividend of Rs 32 per share for the fiscal year 2024. As per the company’s filing on NSE, “We are happy to declare an interim dividend of ₹32 per share for FY24. Our Board has also recommended to the shareholders a resolution to split the face value of shares from ₹10 per share to ₹5 per share.”

Persistent Systems Share Split RatioFurthermore, the company disclosed a split ratio of 1:2, implying that each existing equity share with a face value of INR 10/- (Indian Rupees Ten only) will be divided into 2 (Two) equity shares, each having a face value of INR 5 (Indian Rupees Five only), and will be fully paid-up.
Persistent Systems Share PriceOn Saturday, the shares of Persistent Systems closed at Rs 7,930, 0.82 per cent up from the previous day’s closing. The 52 week high and low of the share is Rs 7,965 and Rs 3,920 respectively.
