The manufacturing company has announced a whopping 1300 per cent dividend payment on each stock for the ongoing fiscal year. Accordingly, a 1300 per cent dividend translates into Rs 26 per equity share with a face value of Rs 2 each for the financial year 2023-24. “Recommended a Dividend of Rs. 26/- per Equity Share of face value of Rs. 2/- each,” the company said in an exchange filing.

The Dividend for the year ended December 31, 2023, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing AGM shall be paid within 30 days from the date of the AGM. “The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Saturday, April 20, 2024, to Friday, April 26, 2024, both days inclusive, for the purpose of 61st Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) and identifying the list of members eligible for the payment of Dividend,” the company said in a regulatory filing.
