Realme has announced its 8th smartphone of the year, Realme C65 set to launch this month

Just a day after Realme announced that it is launching the Narzo 70x 5G smartphone in India on April 24, the company has sent out invites to the media and shared on its official social media channels that it will be launching another smartphone soon –– the Realme C65. Realme kicked off the year with the release of the Realme 12 Pro and Realme 12 Pro+, followed by the introduction of the Realme 12 series, comprising the Realme 12 and Realme 12+. Shortly after, it unveiled the Realme 12X smartphone, and soon after that, the Realme Narzo 70 Pro 5G made its debut. Recently, Realme introduced a new smartphone series in India known as the P series, marking the launch of the Realme P1 5G, and then a week after that the company announced on Wednesday about an upcoming launch event scheduled for April 24, where they will unveil the Narzo 70x 5G. And now, a day later, Realme has started to tease the Realme C65 5G.Â

Realme has confirmed that the Realme C65 5G will be priced under Rs 10,000. The company also claims that it will be the “smoothest and fastest entry-level 5G smartphone” in the price segment.Â

Realme has yet to reveal the launch date for the smartphone yet, but considering the company is already sending out block the dates, and is sharing teasers on social media, it is safe to expect the launch to take place this month. Notably, the Narzo 70x 5G launched on April 24, so the Realme C65 will likely launch after that.Â

Realme is flooding the market with smartphones this year. With the launch of the Realme C65, the company would have launched 8 smartphones in India in 2024 alone. While offering multiple smartphones to cater to different price segments makes complete sense, Realme seems to now be rebranding its own phones. The Realme Narzo 70X that is launching next week seems to be the rebranded version of the Realme P1 that launched last week –– except the 70X’s design looks exactly like that of the Realme 70 Pro 5G. Similarly, the Realme 12X 5G recently launched in India at a starting price of Rs 11,999. And considering the Realme C65 5G is teased to be priced under Rs 10,000, we can expect a lot of similarity between the 12X and C65 smartphones.Â
