Issue of misleading advertisements case against Patanjali Arvind MD Ajay Balakrishna and its co-founder Baba Ramdev. The Supreme Court today asked Patanjali Arava whether its recent apology newspapers match the scale of its full page product campaign. Take us through the key proceedings in court today. The key arguments that the court really made today, considering that there was a massive apology that was issued last time by Patanjali, in fact, even the time before that. Today was another marathon hearing and in this today, once again Supreme Court pulled up both Acharya Balakrishna, MD of Patanjali and Papa Ramdev who is the co-founder and the yoga guru. Misleading advertisements were given last December and Supreme Court is clearly not satisfied with the apology. They were asked earlier to come and be present in the court and that’s what happened today as well.
