Kevin Pietersen amazed by new Lucknow airport terminal: 'World-class'

Former England cricketer Kevin Pietersen on Sunday expressed his admiration for the new terminal at Lucknow airport and called it “world-class”. Sharing a picture of himself in the terminal in a post on X, Pietersen said that Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath must be proud of the people’s efforts that have transformed the airport into a state-of-the-art facility.

In his post, Pietersen also praised the airport’s “Street of Flowers”, referring to the colourful adornments on the wall. He was captivated by the “incredible job done by all for this most beautiful state.”

“The Street of Flowers here at the brand new airport terminal in Lucknow. WORLD-CLASS! Wow, what an incredible job done by all for this most beautiful state. I’m sure @myogiadityanath must be super proud! India is BOOMING,” Pietersen tweeted.
