The Nothing Ear and Nothing Ear (a) earphones are all set to launch in India today. The event will be live-streamed on the official YouTube channel of Nothing, starting at 3:30PM. Ahead of the event, prices and other details about the upcoming Nothing earbuds have already leaked online. Here is everything to know. Â

A report from Android Headlines recently claimed that the Nothing Ear will be priced at EUR 150 (around Rs 13,500 when converted to Indian currency). The India price will likely be lower than the European prices because this is usually the case with most devices. The Nothing Ear is expected to be a successor to the Ear (2), although the company isn’t suggesting that because then the name should have been Ear (3).Â

To recall, the Nothing Ear (2) was launched with a price tag of Rs 9,999. So, keeping mind the leaked price and the retail cost of the Ear (2), the new Nothing Ear is expected to cost around Rs 10,000 or the company could decide to increase the price. Nothing is confirmed yet and we will have clarity on the price part when the earphones launch in the country. The product could be made available in black and white colour options, as per the leaks.Â

The Nothing Ear (a) will also be announced today and this is expected to be budget version because the name includes (a), suggesting that the company is trying to offer a toned-down version of the Nothing Ear product. The Ear (a) is tipped to cost EUR 100 (roughly Rs 9,000). The India price of this model will likely be much lower as European prices are high. Do keep in mind that these are not the official prices and the details will be revealed on April 18.Â

The leaked renders have suggested that the design of the Nothing Ear will be similar to the Nothing Ear (2) earphones, meaning we will get a square design with a compact stick design. The Ear (a) gets a fresh design, which was first leaked by Android Police. The yellow colour model looks quite attractive, which is also because of the new case shape with a semi-transparent look. This one too will have a stick design, just like the previous generations.
