Tata Stock Dividend Announcement, Rallis India Dividend News: Rallis India, a Tata Group stock, has announced to distribute dividend among its shareholders. According to a company statement, the board has recommended a dividend payout of 250 per cent. The dividend will be paid to shareholders subject to their eligibility on the record date.
A dividend is a cash reward that a company pays to its shareholders for their investment in the business.
Rallis India manufactures and markets a range of agri-inputs, which include pesticides, fungicides, insecticides, seeds and plant growth nutrients. Rallis India is a subsidiary of Tata Chemicals Limited.

Rallis India said that board has approved 250 per cent dividend payment on each stock to its investors. The 250 per cent dividend payout translates into Rs 2.50.
“The Board has recommended a dividend of Rs 2.50 per share i.e. 250% for the Financial Year 2023-24 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the company,” it said in an exchange filing.
Rallis India Dividend Record Date
Rallis India didn’t inform about the record date in the latest filing. The record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders participation in the next dividend will be announced in the due course.

According to BSE website, Rallis India is a smallcap stock. The company had in 2023 paid a dividend of Rs 2.50 on each stock to its investors. In 2022 and 2021, the Tata company had paid a cash reward of Rs 3 in each year.
From 2017 to 2020, Rallis India rewarded its investors by paying a dividend of Rs 2.50 in each year.
Rallis India shares have a 52-week range of Rs 294.25 – Rs 186.50. The company commands a market cap of Rs 5,233.16.
