Aditya Roy Kapur, Sara Ali Khan, Pankaj Tripathi, Konkona Sen Sharma starrer ‘Metro…In Dino’ get pushed, will now release on THIS date

The sequel to ‘Life In A Metro’ was announced a few days ago. The film directed by Anurag Basu has an impressive ensemble cast. It stars Sara Ali Khan, Aditya Roy Kapur, Anupam Kher, Neena Gupta, Pankaj Tripathi, Konkona Sen Sharma, Ali Fazal, Fatima Sana Shaikh. ‘Life In A Metro’ was like an anthology exploring the different kinds of love and different couples in the city. And going by the starcast, the sequel also seems to be following suit.

The film which is currently in production was supposed to release in September but the makers have again pushed its release date. ‘Metro…In Dino’ will now release on November 29. The music of the first installment was largely talked about and is remembered till date. The expectations from the sequel are hence high. Pritam has helmed the music of ‘Metro..In Dino’.

While talking about this film, director Anurag Basu had shared earlier, “Metro…In Dino is a tale of the people and for the people! It has been a while since I am working on this one. The storyline is very fresh and relevant, and I look forward to collaborating with amazing artists who bring that essence of contemporary aura with them. As music plays a very important role in any film, I couldn’t be happier to be collaborating with my dear friend Pritam, who has literally added life to the characters and story with his work.”
