The family’s net worth stands at 305 billion dollars (₹25,38667 crore), as of 2023, making them the wealthiest in the world. According to more information, they own 8 private jets, 700 luxury cars and the Premier League football club Manchester City. More reports state that the family owns around 6 percent of the world’s oil reserves. They own stakes in companies like Rihanna’s Fenty Beauty and Elon Musk’s SpaceX.
The head of the family is the president of UAE, Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, also known by the initials of MBZ. His family includes 18 brothers, 11 sisters, 9 children and 18 grandkids. His younger brother Sheikh Hamad bin Hamdan Al Nahyan is the owner of 700 luxurious cars. The collection includes cars like Lamborghini Reventon, Mercedes-Benz CLK GTR, Ferrari 599XX, McLaren MC12, five Bugatti Veyrons and the world’s biggest SUV.
Their abode is called the Qasr Al-Watan presidential palace, located in Abu Dhabi. It is the biggest of all the palaces the family owns across the UAE. The luxurious palace is constructed over 94 acres of land, it is installed with a chandelier made of 350,000 crystals and is home to valuable historic artefacts.
Not only in the UAE, the family owns properties in places like London and Paris. A 2015 report claims that the Al Nahyan family’s assets could be compared to the British Royal Family’s.
