Mahindra & Mahindra is preparing to introduce the Mahindra XUV 3XO, which is basically the Mahindra XUV300 facelift, in the market. The vehicle will make its world premiere on April 29. Now, we know that the compact SUV segment is quite competitive, having the likes of the Tata Nexon, Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Maruti Suzuki Fronx, Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet, Nissan Magnite and Renault Kiger. To take on the competition, the Mahindra XUV 3XO is being presented as a complete package, with a plethora of features, high safety standards (already a five-star safety-rated car) and multiple powertrain options. Now a new teaser is out giving more details about the features of the vehicle.
The Mahindra XUV 3XO will come with Adrenox Connect technology. Using the Adrenox Connect app on their smartphone, the Mahindra XUV 3XO owners will be able to remotely adjust the temperature inside the vehicle. This feature, available only in select variants, will come in handy during summer.

The heavily updated Mahindra XUV 3XO gets a new front grille flanked by vertically fitted LED headlamps with LED DRLs. There are new connected LED taillamps. The Tata Nexon-rival gets new 16-inch alloy wheels. Inside the cabin, the dashboard has been redone. There is a new touchscreen infotainment system and a new digital instrument panel. Like its predecessor, the Mahindra XUV 3XO also has a dual-zone automatic climate control system. Among others, you find a new steering wheel, front ventilated seats and a segment-first panoramic sunroof.
However, it remains to be seen whether the Mahindra XUV 3XO will get ADAS. Though some reports have suggested that there could be Level-2 ADAS, we can not independently confirm the veracity of these reports.

The Mahindra XUV 3XO is expected to have the same engine and transmission options as the Mahindra XUV300. The engine options will be 1.2-litre turbocharged multipoint fuel injection (TCMPFI) petrol (110PS/200Nm), 1.2-litre mStallion turbocharged intercooled gasoline direct injection (TGDi) petrol (130PS/230Nm) and 1.5-litre diesel (117PS/300Nm). The TCMPFI and the diesel engines will get 6-speed MT and 6-speed AMT choices, and the TGDi will have a 6-speed MT.
Looking at the features and different powertrains that will be offered, we think that the Mahindra XUV 3XO price will be between Rs 8.50 lakh and Rs 16 lakh (ex-showroom).
