‘Merry Christmas’ box office Day 7: Katrina-Vijay’s film eyes Rs 20 crore

Katrina Kaif and Vijay Sethupathi’s ‘Merry Christmas’ concluded its first week with a notable collection of Rs 14.87 crore. The film directed by Sriram Raghavan, has been holding strong in theatres due to positive word of mouth. Going by the early trade reports, the film is heading to earn Rs 20 crore in India.

‘MERRY CHRISTMAS ‘ BO COLLECTION

‘Merry Christmas’ that released in theatres on January 12, was simultaneously shot in Tamil and Hindi. The mystery thriller started on a slow note and has been performing well due to positive word of mouth. As per early estimates, the movie minted Rs 1.05 crore in India on its seventh day for all languages. This brings the total tally to Rs 14.87 crore.

The film features Vijay Sethupathi, Katrina Kaif, Sanjay Kapoor and Radhika Apte amongst others. It is bankrolled by Ramesh Taurani, Sanjay Routray, Jaya Taurani and Kewal Garg.
