Justitieombudsmannen Per Lennerbrant har vid flera tillfällen granskat och kritiserat Migrationsverkets handläggningstider. Nu inleder JO en ny granskning.

“Jag har i tidigare beslut pekat på vikten av att ärenden som har stor inverkan på enskildas liv ska avgöras inom rimlig tid”, säger Lennerbrant i ett pressmeddelande.

Migrationsverkets yttrande ska ha kommit in till JO senast den 15 april.
