godzilla x kong the new empire box office collection: monsterverse film ends week 3 with rs 3640 crore worldwide
Adam Wingard’s film Godzilla X Kong: The New Empire has enjoyed a strong performance at India’s box office, demonstrating remarkable resilience against recent releases. In contrast, films like Arkasha Stevenson’s The First Omen struggled to captivate audiences, and even the Bollywood production Crew, which premiered alongside Godzilla X Kong, fell short of matching the success of the MonsterVerse film. As part of the MonsterVerse franchise, Godzilla X Kong marks the 38th Godzilla film and the 13th King Kong film. Its debut on March 29 saw an impressive opening day earning of Rs 13.25 crore, and by the end of its second week, it had crossed the Rs 80 crore mark in India. Globally, it stands as one of the highest-grossing films of 2024. As the third week comes to a close, Godzilla X Kong has amassed over Rs 3600 crore in worldwide box office revenue.
