This marked the inception of “Sagar-Ratna,” with a successful branch in Lodhi Market, Delhi, further solidifying Banan’s foothold in the culinary landscape.

Despite premium pricing, Sagar Ratna’s reputation for quality and flavour continued to draw patrons, propelling Banan’s vision to greater heights. Today, Sagar Ratna stands as a beacon of success, with international outlets in countries like Canada, Singapore, and Bangkok, boasting an impressive annual turnover exceeding Rs 300 crore.
