Former police constable resigns after humiliation, ranks 780 in UPSC exam
Former police constable Uday Krishna Reddy from Prakasam district has secured 780th rank in the UPSC Civil Services Examination 2023.Â
Reddy’s journey to this remarkable achievement traces back to a pivotal moment of humiliation in 2018 when a circle inspector publicly shamed him in front of 60 fellow policemen over a personal dispute.
This incident prompted Reddy to resign from his police job and wholeheartedly commit himself to UPSC exam preparation with the aspiration of becoming an IAS officer.
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared the UPSC Civil Services exam result 2023 on the official website. Applicants who appeared for the examination are advised to check and download their results from the official website, i..e, upsconline.nic.in.Â
