Turkish Airlines EuroLeague’deki temsilcilerimizden Fenerbahçe Beko, Play-Off serisinin beşinci ve son maçında Fransız ekibi Monaco ile deplasmanda karşı karşıya geldi. Sarı-lacivertliler, uzatmalarda parkeden 80-79 galip ayrıldı.

Kanarya, uzatmalarda gelen bu galibiyetle seriden 3-2 üstünlük ayrılmayı başardı ve adını Turkish Airlines EuroLeague’deki son 4 takım arasına yazdırmayı başardı.

Fenerbahçe Beko bu galibiyet ile EuroLeague tarihine de geçmeyi başardı. EuroLeague tarihinde, playoff serisi beşinci maçını deplasmanda kazanan ilk takım Fenerbahçe Beko oldu. Bundan önceki 20 seride ev sahibi takımlar turu atlamayı başarmıştı.
