Every player is a hero: Promo for IND vs PAK T20 World Cup 2024 clash thrills fans

Star Sports, on Thursday, released the promo of the mouth-watering clash between India and Pakistan in the T20 World Cup 2024 to be played on Sunday, June 9 at the Nassau County International Cricket Stadium, New York. The video features Virat Kohli, Shahid Afridi, MS Dhoni, Joginder Sharma and many other cricketers from the past and present era.

The clip also showed the winning moments of both teams from their title-winning campaigns. Back in 2007, India beat Pakistan in the final at the New Wanderers Stadium in Johannesburg. In 2009, Pakistan got their hands on the trophy after beating Sri Lanka in the final at the iconic Lord’s Cricket Ground in London.

In the T20 World Cups, India have lost to only Pakistan only once back in 2021. Pakistan beat the Men in Blue by 10 wickets at the Dubai International Stadium. Their 2022 clash at the Melbourne Cricket Ground turned out to be an absolute humdinger. Virat Kohli scored an unbeaten 82 off 53 balls as India chased down a challenging target of 160 off the last ball.
