Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, the high-budget Bollywood action film starring Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff, has finished its first week at the box office with a tepid reception from viewers. Despite releasing during the extended Eid weekend, it struggled to attract audiences and fell short of crossing the Rs 50 crore milestone in its opening week. After a promising Rs 40 crore weekend, the movie failed to sustain its momentum throughout the regular weekdays. The film also stars Manushi Chhillar, Sonakshi Sinha, Alaya F in pivotal roles, while Prithviraj Sukumaran plays the main antagonist.

Bade Miyan Chote Miyan performed low on its first 6 days at the box office and earned an estimated Rs 45.70 crore India net. As per early estimates, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan earned around Rs 2.50 crore India net on its seventh day for all languages. This brings the total collection of the film to Rs 48.20 crore at the box office.

Bade Miyan Chote Miyan had an overall 11.21 per cent Hindi Occupancy on Wednesday, April 17. Morning shows registered 7.45 per cent footfall, while afternoon shows saw 12.85 per cent occupancy. Evening shows saw 12.08 per cent occupancy, while night shows registered 12.45 per cent footfall.
Among regions, Mumbai and Delhi National Capital Region saw 13 per cent and 13.5 per cent footfall respectively. Meanwhile Pne saw 11.50 per cent occupancy. Kolkata registered only 8.75 per cent footfall, while Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Chennai saw 8 per cent, 9.05 per cent and 17.50 per cent footfall. Tier 2 cities like Surat, Jaipur and Ahmedabad too had low footfalls – seeing 10.75 per cent, 17 per cent and 8.25 per cent occupancy respectively.
