Perth: Amid the extreme heat, wildfires have broken out in Western Australia. As per the Australian Department of Fire and Emergency Services, the Western Australia bushfires won’t be ‘controlled for days’.
As per local reports, the Western Australia bushfires have engulfed around 10 homes and forced the evacuation of hundreds of people in the northern outskirts of Perth.
Fire services have issued an emergency warning for all fire-swept areas and urged residents to ‘flee’ from their homes and move to shelters as far away from the fire as possible.
Over 500 emergency workers have been working towards extinguishing the fire, however, the fire department has stated that the ‘fast moving flames are out of control’.
