Kedia acquired the stake in the airline company during the fourth quarter of the previous fiscal year. According to the shareholding pattern of Global Vectra Helicorp Limited, Vijay Kedia held 2.044 lakh shares from January to March 2024. He purchased these shares in his individual capacity. Additionally, his company, Kedia Securities, also acquired 2.049 lakh shares of the company.
Vijay Kedia or Kedia Securities were not listed as shareholders of this company in the October to December quarter. This indicates that Vijay Kedia acquired the stake in the airline company only in the March quarter.
According to an Economic Times (ET) report Vijay Kedia has stated that he already had shares of Global Vectra Helicorp before the March quarter, but his ownership was less than one percent. Therefore, his name was not included in the company’s shareholder list. Vijay Kedia purchased shares of Global Vectra Helicorp Limited in the previous two quarters.
